在申请亚马逊的数据科学（DS）岗位后，我经历了以下几个主要面试环节。希望我的经验能够帮助大家更好地准备。

🟦 Phone Screen

第一轮是和 HR 简单聊一下简历部分及过往相关项目经历。这个阶段主要是背景筛选，确保你的经历和技能符合职位要求。

🟦 Hiring Manager

第二轮是技术面试，主要考察以下技能：

• SQL：基本技能考察

• Python：重点考察

• Coding Test：包括算法和数据结构

🟦 Final Panel Interviews (Loop)

Loop 包括四轮面试，每轮约45分钟。主要考察以下几个方面：

• Leadership Principles：亚马逊非常重视的准则，准备时需要特别关注。

• Customer Obsession

• Learn and Be Curious

• Bias for Action

• Deliver Results

• Ownership

• Earn Trust

• Deep Dive

面试官会通过行为问题（Behavioral Questions）考察你在这些准则上的表现。准备相关的案例和例子展示你如何践行这些准则是关键。

常见行为问题

• 挖掘问题根源：举例说明你如何深入多个层次的信息以找到问题的根源。你查看了哪些信息？与谁进行了沟通？

• 调查真相：举例说明你在什么情况下对他人的解释产生质疑并进行调查以找到真相。

其他经典问题

• “Give me an example of a time when you had to dig really deep into multiple tiers of information to get to the source of a problem. What information did you look at? Who did you talk to?”

• “Can you give me an example of a time when someone gave you an explanation for something you didn’t think was right and you investigated in order get to the true answer?”
