What sets The Bedford apart is its meticulous design; the entire restaurant and kitchen are modeled one-to-one after Martha Stewart’s home in New York. Dining here feels like you’re a guest at her house, enjoying a warm, inviting meal. 🥂

The menu is packed with standout dishes, and we simply couldn’t resist ordering everything special it had to offer. Here’s a taste of our delightful experience:

• House-made Bread Basket: A trio of bread options including savory flatbread, Raisin Rosemary rolls, and buttery bread—truly unique and unlike anything you’ll find at other restaurants.
• Short Rib Ragu: My personal favorite! This dish features tender short ribs stewed with potatoes, onions, celery, and carrots, served over pasta—perfectly designed for savoring! 🙌
• Salmon en Croute: I affectionately renamed this dish “Wellington Salmon.” The flaky pastry combined with salmon is a lighter alternative to steak, and surely a must-try!
• Pierogis: A western take on dumplings, filled with buttery potatoes—light and flavorful, a treat for any dumpling lover!
• Oysters Rockefeller: Broiled oysters topped with butter, parsley, and watercress, offering a fresh and delightful taste experience.
• Martha’s Smashed Baked Potato: Made right in front of you with a choice of four sauces. This dish is simply divine!
• Crab Cake: While quite good, this dish was more similar to offerings at other places.

Cocktail Delights

🍹 A standout feature of our dining experience was the cocktails! They came in generous portions, and I was absolutely blown away. We tried three different cocktails, all of which exceeded our expectations:

• Frozen Pomegranate Martha-rita
• White Cosmopolitan: The crowd favorite by far! 🌟

Additionally, The Bedford boasts an impressive selection of red wines. One of the highlights is the collaborative wine produced by Martha and Snoop Dogg, the 19 Crimes Snoop Dogg; it’s a great choice that also offers excellent value. 🍷
