Struggles with Hair Loss in New Jersey

My Hair Loss Journey in New Jersey

Having lived in the USA for over seven years, I’ve experienced life in various states including Florida, Minnesota, and Virginia, each of which I called home for at least a year. However, since relocating to New Jersey, I’ve noticed a concerning change in my hair. Every time I wash my hair, I am left with a handful of strands, and my hair’s quality seems to have deteriorated significantly. 🤔

The Transition: An Unwelcome Surprise

Previously, when I returned from trips home, my hair would undergo a brief adjustment period. However, after installing a water filter, the hair loss gradually decreased. This time, after more than a month in New Jersey, there has been no sign of improvement whatsoever. Even with the filter in place, I still find myself grappling with excessive hair loss every single day.

Is New Jersey’s Water Quality to Blame?

This leads me to wonder if the water quality in New Jersey might be the culprit behind my hair woes. The water here seems different, and I can’t help but question its effect on my hair and scalp health. Are there others experiencing the same issue? 🤷‍♀️
