Our adventure began with a 9:50 AM departure from Long Beach, and we planned to return by 7:50 PM, giving us a full day to explore the island. The journey was smooth, filled with excitement as we anticipated the adventure ahead.

Upon arrival, we quickly made our way to the golf cart rental area, a quintessential experience on the island. Think of it like riding a three-wheeled vehicle in China, but with a twist of California sunshine! Renting a golf cart costs $70 per hour, with an additional $70 deposit. To see the entire island comfortably, a two-hour rental is recommended, totaling around $140. Trust me, this is one of the best ways to explore Catalina’s hidden gems!
