It’s been just six months, and we’ve already made a whopping $200,000! 💰 The goal for 2024 is to hit the $400,000 mark, and we are on our way to achieving that! 🌟

About a year ago, my husband and I stumbled upon a small restaurant near our office that was up for rent. I jokingly said, “Wouldn’t it be amazing if we had our own little restaurant?” To my surprise, my husband replied, “Why is that not possible?” 😏 That spark ignited a year-long journey to make our dream a reality!

When you choose a less competitive, specialized category that is a necessity, running a restaurant becomes much more manageable. We decided on a product with natural high pricing and a consumer base that is already educated about its value. Remember, don’t opt for trendy items that aren’t well-established; fad products fade away! ❌

Japanese ramen has been a culinary staple for centuries, ensuring it has excellent market acceptance. This dish appeals to both local Americans and the Chinese community, spanning various age groups.
