Book Your Visa Appointment: Visit the VFS website and select your preferred date between pages 4 and 9 for submitting your application materials.

Prepare Your Materials: After completing the application form, gather the necessary documents dictated by the form.
Submit Your Materials: Go to the Visa Center on your appointed date to personally submit your documents and provide fingerprints.
Wait for Processing: The typical processing time for a Finnish visa is 10 to 15 working days. Keep an eye on your application status via the Finnish Immigration Service website or the VFS website.
Collect Your Visa: Once notified, head to the Visa Centre or consulate to pick up your passport along with the visa.
