Life in the USA and Academic Journey at Cornell University
Life in the USA: Nostalgic Winters and an Academic Path
As I sit and reflect, my mind feels as clear and still as freshly distilled water. Waking up at 11 am, sipping coffee, and snacking on nuts while opening my computer feels almost meditative. The nearby remnants of snow from a few days ago remind me of my childhood winters in a small Southern town in the USA.
Years ago, winters were marked by several snowfalls and bitterly cold temperatures. Our classrooms were devoid of any central heating, and with dozens of students squeezed in together, many suffered from frostbite on hands and feet.
Imagine hands that could be scratched easily and feet that needed a good stomp just to stave off discomfort. These nostalgic stories now feel like whispers from a time long gone, albeit the South still lacks adequate heating systems today. As I reminisce, a longing to return home stirs within me—summer can’t come soon enough! ☀️

Looking Forward: My Streaming Plans
On a different note, I spent time yesterday learning how to stream using OBS on my MacBook. However, I found that voice chatting is a more straightforward way to go live! I’m hoping to schedule my first stream around the 17th, pending a few certifications I’m still waiting for. Stay tuned for my upcoming streaming adventure! 🎥
Final Thoughts
