The demographic here leans towards a higher income bracket, with fewer Chinese resources and less availability of Chinese supermarkets. However, the area stands out for its thoughtful urban planning, beautiful natural surroundings, and a relaxed lifestyle reminiscent of Walnut Creek in the Bay Area.
