The Journey from Novice to Knowledgeable

When I first joined the company, I was completely unfamiliar with trucks. My husband would often explain the problems facing our customers’ Freightliner trucks, and I would find myself overwhelmed but intrigued. Fast forward a few years, and here I am — able to analyze customer issues, manage procurement, negotiate prices, and coordinate logistics all on my own!

Along the way, I’ve documented my learning experiences and now have over 1,000 truck repair videos. I might not know everything, but I’ve become what I like to call the “somewhat knowledgeable truck boss lady”! 🙌

Our Daily Tasks

• ✅ Urgent shipment of DPF and DOC components
• ✅ Exclusive sales and delivery of Freightliner parts
• ✅ Remote procurement and price negotiations for International sealing strips
• ✅ Packing and shipping lithium batteries for start-ups
• ✅ Spending half a day capturing repair moments on camera…

Entrepreneurship overseas is no small feat, but with each step, I feel more grounded and secure in my decisions. The experience of running a family business has been challenging yet rewarding.
