Exploring the Best Shopping Spots in Hawaii 🌺

Hawaii is a paradise not just for its breathtaking landscapes and stunning beaches but also for its fantastic shopping experiences. One can’t help but notice the ubiquitous ABC Stores around Waikiki Beach, where you can find everything from Hawaiian shirts to beach gear, local delicacies, souvenirs, and even collectibles for Hello Kitty lovers! 🐾 But beyond ABC Stores, there are numerous other shopping destinations that are definitely worth checking out. Let’s dive into some personal favorites!

The First Stop: KITH 🧢

Located in a quieter area, KITH provides a unique shopping experience. With an abundance of merchandise and minimal crowds, I was lucky enough to snag three limited edition Hawaii T-shirts! Plus, I couldn’t resist indulging in a Hawaiian-exclusive matcha drink at Treats. 🍵 A delightful treat after some successful shopping!

Next Up: Stussy 👕

Just a short five-minute walk from KITH, Stussy is another great spot that surprisingly didn’t have a long queue. While I didn’t find the Hawaii city exclusive I hoped for, I still managed to pick up some other cool items. It was well worth the stop, even if luck wasn’t on my side this time. 😅

Onward to Patagonia 🌊

Heading to Haleiwa, a surf town on North Shore, I drove to Patagonia and was mesmerized by the chill vibe of the whole town. It’s teeming with local products and food trucks serving delicious treats! 🐓 At Patagonia, I purchased a limited edition T-shirt and a tote bag, even though I was sad to discover that another gorgeous item was not available in my size. 😢

Adorable Finds at Snoopy’s Surf Shop 🐶

Just across from Patagonia is Snoopy’s Surf Shop, a small but charming store filled with adorable merchandise. Unfortunately, I arrived close to closing time (I believe they close at 5 PM) and had to rush my visit. However, I found some cute accessories that added to my collection. It’s definitely a place to visit if you’re looking for fun and unique items!

A Special Purchase at the Kahala Hotel 💕

The grand finale of the shopping spree was at the Kahala Hotel, where I found the perfect anniversary gift—a Kahala exclusive Wedding set featuring Hello Kitty. It is not only beautiful but also holds significant sentimental value for us. A great way to commemorate our special day! 🥇✨

For a general shopping experience, I highly recommend the Royal Hawaiian Center and the International Market Place. The ambiance is fantastic, and you often get to witness traditional Hawaiian performances. It’s an experience that enhances your shopping spree, combining culture with retail therapy!
