During its early days, Cognition AI operated with just a ten-person team, scattered between Airbnb’s offices in Silicon Valley and a family office in New York. Remarkably, this small team did not even have a dedicated office. Yet, despite these limitations, they managed to develop Devin, an AI developer that has left the world in awe. The strength of this team is evident, as collectively, they have earned 10 IOI gold medals—averaging one medal per member! 🏅
