If you’re a food enthusiast like me, you’ll be thrilled to discover Spice 24 in Edison, New Jersey. This restaurant serves some of the most authentic Chinese dishes I’ve ever tasted in the USA! 😍 Their Sichuan cuisine blew me away, closely resembling the flavors I savored back in China a few years ago. As someone who can’t resist spicy food, this restaurant has become a cherished spot for me, allowing me to relive the flavors of my memories! 🥹🙏

Spice 24 is incredibly considerate, offering a variety of dishes to cater to spice lovers and those who prefer milder flavors. For those who find Sichuan too spicy, their Cantonese selection is worth a try! I sampled some of their Cantonese dishes, and they were delicious as well! 😋

A Blend of Authenticity and Value! 💯

As a blend of Sichuan and Cantonese cuisine, you may worry about authenticity, especially on your first visit. I know I did! However, after just one bite, I became a loyal customer. Every dish is freshly prepared and the flavors are a perfect replica of my favorite tastes from home—absolutely not pre-prepared! The value for money is astonishing. 😍😍😍

Must-Try Dishes! 🍽️

One of my personal favorites is the Spicy Chicken. When the dish arrives, the aroma of Sichuan peppercorn and chili peppers is irresistible. The moment you take a bite, the rich flavors and seasoning explode in your mouth, making it an excellent accompaniment to rice!

This time, I also tried the Golden Pumpkin Shrimp Balls, which were divine! The coating of salted egg yolk was crispy and aromatic, and the sweet, tender pumpkin on the inside was a delightful surprise.

• Crispy Rice Stir-Fry: Initially a mystery dish for me, but its interesting texture and flavor made it a delightful surprise!
• Spicy Crawfish: These crawfish are exceptionally fresh, with tender, springy meat that’s irresistible. It has quickly become my second favorite!
• Spicy Beef Kidney: A crunchy yet tender texture that’s satisfying without being tough—delicious!

Every time I visit, I order a mix of familiar favorites along with a few new dishes to try. I’ve never been disappointed! 😍😍😍 Making choices can be challenging; sometimes, I wish I had a bigger appetite to savor everything! 😭 So, trust me, you absolutely need to try this place!
