As a student from Shandong University, I always dreamed of studying in the United States. That dream finally came to fruition when I received my acceptance from Utah State University, which brought immense joy and relief. 🌟

This decision to study abroad was made well in advance, and I had opted out of participating in summer research programs, which left me feeling a bit anxious when I saw my peers receiving abundant gifts and accolades. 😅 However, I was determined to focus solely on my application to Utah State University, hoping my efforts would pay off.

The Moment of Acceptance

One early morning, around 4 AM, I woke up to use the restroom. As I checked my emails, I was greeted with the long-anticipated acceptance letter from the university. The excitement was overwhelming, and I couldn’t help but jump right into the system to accept the offer! 🎉

The Application Process

The road to acceptance wasn’t without its bumps. During the application process, I encountered a reorganization within the college administration. Thankfully, my supervisor stepped in to help navigate through the complexities. I truly can’t express how grateful I am for his support—he’s not only talented but also extremely kind-hearted. 🙏
